Passengers can easily book the home check-in service through the Morafiq app, via the airline’s official website, or by contacting customer service. Once the booking is confirmed, a Morafiq representative will be assigned to the passenger to manage the check-in process from start to finish.
The representative will visit the passenger’s home or another preferred location to carry out essential pre-flight procedures, including collecting luggage, completing the check-in, and issuing the boarding pass. This eliminates the need for passengers to visit the check-in counters at the airport, saving them time and providing a more comfortable experience before their flight.
For added flexibility, the home check-in service can be booked from as early as 24 hours up to five hours before the flight’s departure time.
